Sisal Sponge Exfoliator:

1. Wet exfoliator under warm water

2. Apply your preferred body wash to the sisal sponge (we recommend using our wide variety of soaps!)

3. Using upward circular motions, gently massage the sponge over the desired areas. DO NOT apply excessive pressure

4. Rinse the skin thoroughly to remove any soap residue

5. Rinse the sisal sponge under water and use your favorite moisturizer to maintain skin hydration

Body Pouf Loofa:

1. Wet the pouf exfoliator under warm water

2. Apply your preferred body wash to the pouf (we recommend using our wide variety of soaps!)

3. Lather up the pouf and scrub your body using gentle upward circular motions and avoid sensitive areas

4. Rinse the skin thoroughly to remove any soap residue

5. Rinse the pouf under water and use your favorite moisturizer to maintain skin hydration

Pumice Stone:

1. Soak the area of your skin that needs exfoliation for 5 mins before using the stone.

2. Wet the pumice stone water

3. Gently rub the skin using circular or back-and-forth motion.

4. Consistently check your skin’s progress to avoid over-exfoliating

5. Rinse your skin and pumice stone thoroughly to remove dead skin cells and pat dry

6. Use your favorite moisturizer to maintain skin hydration

Skin Body Brush:

1. Start on your feet and use gentle, upward motions. Brush each area a few times

2. Continue brushing upward gradually moving to your legs and thighs

3. Use clockwise circular motions to gently brush your abdomen as this is a very sensitive area

4. Move up to your chest and back and brush in an upward motion

5. Brush your arms starting from your hands and moving toward the shoulders

6. Use very gentle strokes on your neck

7. Avoid using the brush on your face or more sensitive areas. Don’t brush on cuts or wounds

8. Shower to remove the exfoliated skin cells9. Use your favorite moisturizer to maintain skin hydration
