Prep: Begin with a warm glass of Tight Tummy Tea with Stevia or Honey

Step 1: Cleanse Body Skin in upward circular motions, with Kojic acid soap + Skin Scrubber for 5 mins, incorporating acupressure massage.

Step 2: Remove Cleanser with warm steamed cloth

Step 3: Apply CBD patch on lower back or back of neck.

Step 4: Apply CBD Mask to abdomen and face and massage in firm circular motions 5

Step 5: Remove Mask on Abdomen and face with warm steamed cloth
