  • We primarily use USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and M&P Services for shipping.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and can take anywhere from 7-21 business days.
  • We primarily use USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and M&P Services for international shipping.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Genovie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Genovie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
