Returns Policy

At Genovie, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • B12 VitaPatches
  • Herbal Body Wrap Patches
  • Opened skincare items

Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@genovie.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RMA number and instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and RMA number.
  4. Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@genovie.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty

Subject to the following clauses and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranty in respect of the products. For consumers, the products come with non-excludable statutory warranties and guarantees under consumer protection legislation. If we breach any of these non-excludable warranties or guarantees, you are entitled, at your option, to a refund or replacement of the relevant products, and to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss. You may also have express rights of action against us under consumer protection legislation if we supplied defective products to you that cause you injury, loss, or damage.
